Capture Director (US Federal)

About the Role This role leads the capture lifecycle for strategic U.S. Federal government opportunities. You will identify, qualify, and win contracts by guiding opportunities from capture through proposal development and award, ensuring compliance with FAR and federal acquisition processes. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the entire capture process from opportunity identification to proposal development and award.
• Develop capture strategies, win plans, and competitive assessments; build and manage capture teams and schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, government customers, and potential partners.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, procurement lifecycle, and contracting processes; guide proposal development and pricing strategies.
• Travel as required for training, conferences, or client visits. What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience leading the full capture lifecycle in Federal market, with a track record of successful capture wins.
• Deep understanding of FAR and other federal regulations; expert in federal procurement lifecycle and acquisition processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders, government customers, and partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with BGov, GovWin, SAM and opportunity tracking tools; strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
• US Citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel as needed. Nice to Have
• Active Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
• Membership in professional organizations related to government contracting (e.g., AFCEA). Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay range: $194,100 - $291,100 USD per year for primary location; similar range for additional US locations.
• May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan, role-specific commissions/bonuses, and annual stock refresh grants.
