- Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years’ relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Hands-on experience operating capsule filling machines is essential
- Experience in solid dosage manufacturing is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, batch manufacturing records and in-process controls
- Knowledge of capsule filling equipment, changeover, cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical production environment is an advantage
- Technical Skills:
- Capsule filling machine operation and setup
- In-process quality monitoring and weight checks
- Equipment cleaning and changeover
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Good Documentation Practices
- Basic computer literacy and production-record documentation
