Roles and responsibilities

• 1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's business and the development plans determined by the board of directors and CEO, work with the CFO to design and execute the company's short- and medium-term capital market strategies
• 2. Build and manage the investor network, identify key target groups, and drive investments by reputable global investors
• 3. Deepen investors' and potential investors' understanding of the company, convey compelling corporate strategies and investment thesis, and improve the company's reasonable valuation
• 4. Drive key capital market projects
• 5. Collaborate effectively with other departments of the company

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field.

• •5 years or more of experience with reputable investment banks or corporate finance function. Experience in the technology industry preferred.

• •Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward manner.

• •Solid knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and valuation methodologies. An analytical mindset with strong finance and Excel modeling skills.

• •A self-starter with strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail.
