As a Capital Markets Director - Sales (F) within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you can be based in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Or New York, NY.

Finra licensed required: SIE, Series 7 and 63. Required within 120 days of hire.

Preferences: Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated proficiency in cash flow modeling/structuring functions related to Agency & Non-Agency CMBS/RMBS, Single Asset Single Borrower (SASB) and ABS securitizations Expertise in Intex Dealmaker & Calc, Bloomberg Terminal – Structured Finance, Python, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Blackrock (Aladdin/AnSER)

Job Description

• Drives sales activities for a specific product(s) or transaction(s). Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience.
• Works closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to our clients.
• Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships.
• Coordinates the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution to maximize sales and develop new business activity.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Maintains compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members.

• Base Salary: $159,600.00 – $296,400.00

• Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
