About the Role Marex is seeking a high-calibre Capital Markets COO / Business Management professional to support the strategic development and governance of its Capital Markets business. This front-office aligned role will work closely with Sales, Trading, Support and Control Functions, Senior Management and key infrastructure teams to drive business growth, strategic delivery, operational efficiency and regulatory readiness across the Capital Markets platform.
