Job title: Canvassing Representative
Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is seeking Canvassing Representatives to represent us in the Roanoke, VA area. This role involves going door-to-door to assess potential customers’ window and door issues and guiding them to solutions, with an opportunity for growth within the company.
What You'll Do
- Speak to potential customers in residential areas and go door-to-door.
- Identify problem areas in current windows and doors.
- Set up/schedule appointments for Design Consultants to provide a free consultation.
- Map out and strategically target the most likely customers.
- Work independently and with a team.
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic, motivated individuals with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient communicator, comfortable in fast-paced environments, good time management.
- Able to stand 6-8 hours per day; able to walk 3-5 miles per day.
- General familiarity with technology (tablets and web platforms).
- Go-get attitude: motivated, ambitious, dependable; willing to undergo background check; authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Prior canvassing or sales experience (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- $20 per hour with no cap on bonuses; lucrative bi-weekly bonus opportunities.
