About the Role
As a Canvasser on the Proximity Marketing Team for Renewal by Andersen (Esler Companies), you’ll engage homeowners, identify their needs, and help drive sales for our window and door solutions. This full-time role includes paid training, mentorship from a dedicated manager, and real opportunities for career growth beyond door knocking.
What You'll Do
- Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
- Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self‑aware.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: 18 - 35 USD hourly.
