About the Role The Campus Safety Unarmed Guard (CSUG) position maintains high visibility on campus, promoting lawful behavior and protecting the welfare of students, faculty, and staff as a uniformed presence on campus. CSUG perform routine safety patrols, respond to calls for service, and address critical incidents on campus. CSUG provide escort services to students, staff, and guests. CSUG investigate incidents that occur on campus and document findings. What You'll Do
- Patrol campus and monitor activity to deter safety issues
- Respond to calls for service and critical incidents on campus
- Document reports and maintain incident records
- Provide escort services to students, staff, and guests
- Investigate incidents and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- U.S. citizenship
- Successful background check
- At least 1 year of campus safety/security experience
- Annual continuing education and training
- Ability to perform security patrols and incident reporting
