Job title: Campus Principal

About the Role The Campus Principal will oversee the general management of the Rosebank International campus, including strategic planning, operations, people management, and stakeholder relations, aligning with the institution's values of academic excellence, connection, and student success.

What You'll Do

• Develop a three-year strategic plan for the campus in conjunction with the RC Manco team (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Graduate Placement) and implement it.
• Set and communicate goals for campus departments; translate brand values and objectives to staff.
• Provide overall direction and management of the Rosebank International campus and lead in line with campus values.
• Manage performance and development of staff and contractors; oversee recruitment of students against targets.
• Monitor academic performance and take steps to maintain high pass rates (workshops, extra classes); ensure class attendance of students and lecturers.
• Oversee financial resources, budgeting, and annual budget planning; manage campus budget.
• Maintain internal/external relations; resolve issues promptly; attend monthly student council meetings.
• Develop and implement an annual Operational Plan for facilities (maintenance, security, cleaning, air conditioning) to align with brand image.
• Ensure service level agreements with providers; develop facilities policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years’ campus management experience; 3–5 years business experience including financial management; 3 years staff management.
• Knowledge of South African higher education systems and regulatory framework; familiarity with Teaching and Learning theory; digital academic platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, provide student support, manage time, and work under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Post Graduate Certificate in Education or equivalent would be ideal.
