- Connect scholars with campus coordinators for one-on-one guidance and in-person support.
- Provide access to resume templates and help with resume development to stand out in the job market.
- Link scholars with talent managers to explore opportunities and mentorship.
- Facilitate connections to talent success coaches for personalized mentorship and coaching. What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and relationship-building to connect learners with resources.
- Ability to guide and support individuals through career development activities and programs.
