Jump Trading Group is seeking an ASIC Engineer Intern to join their ASIC team in Bristol. The role focuses on building next-generation ultra-low-latency systems for trading, involving networking, high-performance computing, and real-time acceleration. The intern will work closely with experienced engineers across architecture, design, testing, and bring-up on board-level systems. What You'll Do
- Work on ASIC hardware/software integration for ultra-low-latency trading systems
- Collaborate with a team of engineers with experience in ASICs, FPGAs, semiconductors, networking cards, and more
- Participate across architecture, specification, design, test, and bring-up of final product on a board in production
- Tackle complex problems in networking, high-performance computing, and real-time acceleration; exposure to machine learning and other algorithms on a global scale
