About the Role Live Nation is seeking a Camping Ticketing Supervisor (CTS) to oversee ticketing operations within the campground at The Gorge Amphitheatre. This role leads ticket takers and related staff to ensure smooth customer service and adherence to campground policies during events.
What You'll Do
- Direct and supervise ticket takers and other employees performing similar services as directed.
- Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Lead and train staff on event-specific details, including staffing, ensuring staff are well-informed and taking necessary breaks.
- Ensure staff receive breaks and manage scheduling accordingly.
- Assist management to ensure compliance with all Campground policies and safety regulations.
- Oversee productivity and work assignments of the ticket taker and maintain communication with Camping Management regarding challenges and status of assignments.
