Ensure quality compliance of all food

Maintain unit profitability within budget

Oversee monthly payroll

Prevent pilfering and enforce discipline

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

5-10 years of industrial catering experience

Previous experience in a similar industry

Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation

Catering certification is an added advantage

Good communication skills in English Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
