About this role

Inspired Adventures

Are you ready to combine your love of travel, purpose and people?

We’re looking for a part-time, motivated, organised and purpose-driven Campaign Manager to lead a portfolio of adventure-fundraising campaigns from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with leading Australian charities to plan, market, and deliver engaging fundraising challenges — guiding strategy, coordinating creative assets, and driving results.

This is a varied, hands-on role that blends client management, project coordination, marketing creativity, and social impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and want your work to matter - this is the role for you.

About the role

This is a permanent, part-time (0.6FTE) role based in Sydney, Australia.

Position title: Campaign Manager

Location: The role will primarily be working from home, with the option to join our Sydney team at a co-working space each week

Employment status: Part-time, 0.6FTE. You can choose to work your hours across 3, 4 or 5 days, with a preference for 4 - 5 days.

Position reports to: CEO

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage campaigns end-to-end — from client onboarding and creative briefing to delivery and post-campaign evaluation.

  • Collaborate with charity partners to shape recruitment and fundraising strategies that meet targets.

  • Meet regularly with clients, bringing together their digital teams and our internal digital, marketing, and creative experts to align strategy and maximise results.

  • Work with our creative and marketing teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets and digital content.

  • Coordinate with Inspired Travel to ensure flawless delivery of all travel logistics and participant experiences.

  • Track campaign progress and performance using HubSpot and other digital tools.

  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all client documentation is complete and current.

  • About you

  • Relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in campaign, account, project or event management.

  • 3+ years’ experience in campaign, account or event management — ideally in charity, travel, or marketing sectors.

  • Proven project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.

  • A proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership and knowing when to bring others in.

  • A genuine passion for social impact, adventure and inspiring others.

  • What you’ll love

  • Hybrid work flexibility – mix of home and our Surry Hills co-working space.

  • Flexible hours – with flexibility to structure your 0.6 FTE across 3–5 days.

  • Adventure perks – join one Inspired Adventure each year (outside annual leave!).

  • Early Friday finishes – wrap up at 3 pm.

  • Career development – grow your skills across campaign strategy, marketing and fundraising.

  • Supportive, close-knit culture – work with passionate people who care deeply about purpose and performance.

  • Meaningful work – every campaign directly contributes to life-changing impact.
