- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, growth marketing, product marketing or related fields
- Proven experience running digital and 360 marketing campaigns
- Experience with paid social, referral campaigns and conversion/attribution tracking
- Strong campaign analytics and performance reporting skills
- Experience in fintech, payments or consumer technology is highly preferred
- Understanding of the Nigerian fintech and regulatory environment
- Ability to manage campaigns independently from strategy through execution and reporting
