About the Role Join Chevron's Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center as Campaign Designer, a technical hands-on role focused on executing and administering multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will define journeys, personalize interactions, and ensure high-quality content delivery to customers across channels. What You'll Do
- Define, build and maintain multi-channel customer journeys
- QA & sign-off on content, journey function, experience
- Ownership and stewarding of personalization capabilities
- Build, test and maintain key content templates What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English
- 4+ years marketing automation experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
- Expertise with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email/Mobile/Interaction Studio)
