El camarero/a es responsable de brindar un servicio correcto, atento y cordial, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y cuidando la presentación de alimentos y bebidas antes de entregarlos. Su misión es garantizar la satisfacción de huéspedes y clientes y obtener su reconocimiento y preferencia por los servicios del hotel. What You'll Do
- Realizar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las instrucciones de su jefe inmediato en cuanto a tareas y obligaciones asignadas antes y al final del turno.
- Verificar que cuenta con todo el equipo y suministros necesarios para proporcionar el servicio a las habitaciones y manejarlo adecuadamente para evitar roturas, desperdicio y merma.
- Participar en los obriefings al inicio de cada turno para recibir información sobre especialidades del día, faltantes, VIPs, grupos, comentarios generales e intercambio de opiniones.
