Qualifications:
- 1 + year experience in a call center environment
- Matric or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous call center experience is a requirement
- Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
