Job Summary
We are looking for smart, articulate, and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers where necessary.
- Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc Degree.
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage.
- Must be available to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
