Summary We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate Call Centre Representative to handle customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to enquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Meet assigned customer service and call-handling targets.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in call centre, customer service, telesales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy; CRM experience is an advantage.
