About the Role Join ProConnect, the Inside Sales Centre at Renewal by Andersen's RbA window and door replacement program, and help start the customer journey. Your core responsibility is to book appointments with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, overcoming objections, and building a warm, human connection to secure quality sales appointments. What You'll Do
- Book appointments with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Answer questions, overcome objections, and provide a warm, human connection to move prospects toward commitments.
- Gain commitments to ensure a quality sales appointment and maximize the potential of each call with strong phone sales skills and efficient activity.
- Support the Renewal by Andersen sales process and contribute to a positive customer experience. What We're Looking For
- Excellent phone sales skills and experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to overcome objections, build rapport, and create a positive customer connection.
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage activities and achieve appointment targets.
- Comfortable working in a call-center style environment and handling a high volume of calls.
