Call Center Trainer
Full-Time | Fully Remote or Hybrid | $50,000–$65,000 base + annual incentive | 40 hours weekly within 7 AM–6 PM CST
About the Role
Intellipet is hiring a Call Center Trainer to prepare new and existing agents for success in a sales-driven contact center. This is a hands-on training role that combines facilitation, live call coaching, roleplay, curriculum development, performance diagnosis, and measurable skill improvement.
Minimum Qualifications

2–5 years of call center experience in sales or customer service

Hands-on experience delivering call center training, coaching, onboarding, or agent development

Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, and CRM workflows

Experience coaching observable behaviors through call review, roleplay, or one-on-one feedback

Ability to create or improve training materials, scripts, job aids, or learning activities

Proficiency with Google Workspace, presentation tools, and learning management systems

Ability to work a full-time schedule within operating hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as assigned
What You’ll Do

Facilitate virtual training for new and existing agents

Coach agents through live call monitoring and roleplay

Provide specific one-on-one performance feedback

Develop and update training materials and sales exercises

Use knowledge checks and practice to reinforce learning

Identify root causes behind skill and performance gaps

Document training outcomes and escalate performance risks
Preferred Experience

Experience in a sales-driven contact center

Experience measuring training effectiveness or agent performance improvement

Curriculum design, train-the-trainer, QA, or performance-coaching experience
