We are looking for a dependable Call Center Specialist to join a fully onsite team in Pennsylvania. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, managing high-volume inbound calls, and delivering consistent service in a detail-oriented office setting. The role offers the chance to contribute to daily customer support operations while building long-term potential with the organization. M-F 8:30am-5 pm but one night a week, will work 11:30 am - 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls with accuracy and a service-focused approach.

• Respond to questions, resolve routine concerns, and provide clear information about services and next steps.

• Record call details and customer interactions accurately within customer service systems and office tools.

• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality to support scheduled call coverage throughout the workweek.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address escalated issues and improve the customer experience.

• Use office technology and network-connected systems to complete call center tasks efficiently.

• Support evening coverage one day each week based on business scheduling needs.

• At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

• Background handling inbound calls in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with customer service software and standard office applications.

• Basic understanding of office equipment, computer systems, and Ethernet-connected workstations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain clear, courteous, and detail-oriented.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to work fully onsite in Pennsylvania.

• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and a dependable work ethic.
