Atención a prospectos que solicitan información de nuestros proyectos, con el objetivo de agendar citas, visitas y separaciones.
Responsabilidades clave
- Dar seguimiento a WhatsApp recibidos de cada plaza en la app de many, perfilar al cliente, brindar información, agendar citas, confirmar citas, seguimiento de visitas para lograr separaciones.
- Atender llamadas inbound de cliente solicitando información, perfilar al cliente, brindar información, agendar citas, confirmar citas, seguimiento de visitas para lograr separaciones.
- Realizar llamadas de salida a clientes que solicitaron información por medio de digital, perfilar al cliente, brindar información, agendar citas, confirmar citas, seguimiento de visitas para lograr separaciones.
- Confirmación de citas del día.
- Seguimiento a citas no exitosas del día anterior y de la semana.
