Schedule and Compensation:

Mon-Fri (6:30am-2:00pm) $20 an hour with an uncapped bonus!

Mon-Fri (2:30pm-10pm) $21 an hour with an uncapped bonus!

Role:

No Cold calling

Outbound calls to homeowners from leads who are interested in our products

Scheduling appointments with interested homeowners

Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED (minimum)
-
At least 1 month of telemarketing experience

Consistently meeting telemarketing pacing goals at the time of application and having achieved the monthly goal in the month prior to application.

Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.

Ability to follow scripts precisely and accept coaching/direction.

Proven ability to meet production standards and remain results driven.
