Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process sales orders and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Meet customer service, call-handling and sales targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Work with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Contribute positively to the overall performance of the team.
