Job title: Call and Demand (C&D) Drivers
About the Role Join Linde's Call and Demand (C&D) Drivers program. Drivers will work over the road for 3 consecutive weekly cycles and then receive 4 days off, with regional dispatches to support facilities during shortages or higher demand. Expect to be home roughly every 3 weeks with an annual pay around $80,000–$83,000 and company-paid fuel, DEF, and tolls.
What You'll Do
- Drive over the road for 3 consecutive weekly cycles and then take 4 days off.
- Be dispatched to any regional facility to supplement the local driver board during shortages or increased demand.
- Take a 34-hour reset on the road and operate within a 14-hour daily limit, ensuring safe layovers with appropriate facilities.
- Work as a Company Driver with the company paying for fuel, DEF and tolls; maintain safety-focused operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of tractor-trailer experience and/or 2 years of tanker experience.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- HS diploma or GED.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual pay: $80,000–$83,000.
