About the Role Responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates at peak performance through calibration, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. This on-site role reports to the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Supervisor in the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Department in New Brighton, MN. What You'll Do
- Perform and coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance, including part replacements and equipment setup, while maintaining accurate CMMS and equipment history records.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement by identifying equipment issues and recommending solutions. What We're Looking For
- Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and/or 2–5 years of maintenance and/or calibration experience in a medical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of calibration standards such as NIST and ISO 17025.
- Ability to read technical manuals and maintain accurate documentation following GDP and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs., use a ladder, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Follow safety practices including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and wear PPE.
- Nice to Have: Technical Writing creating/updating processes and procedures; IQ/OQ/PQ validation. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly range: $35 – $40
