About the Role Teradyne’s Memory Test division is seeking a Calibration and Diagnostics Engineer to join our engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge ATE, developing calibration, characterization, and diagnostic software for advanced instrumentation and system technologies. You will design software architectures and develop calibration algorithms to enable precision measurement and robust hardware/software integration. What You'll Do

  • Design and implementation of calibration and diagnostic software architectures.
  • Develop advanced calibration algorithms for precision measurement and instrumentation subsystems.
  • Drive characterization strategies for new hardware platforms and technologies.
  • Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, systems, manufacturing, and product engineering organizations.
  • Analyze large measurement datasets to identify trends, performance limitations, and optimization opportunities.
  • Root-cause investigations involving complex software and hardware interactions.
  • Develop scalable software frameworks What We're Looking For
  • Experience designing and implementing calibration and diagnostic software architectures.
  • Ability to develop advanced calibration algorithms for precision measurement and instrumentation subsystems.
  • Experience driving characterization for new hardware platforms and technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills across hardware, FPGA, systems, manufacturing, and product engineering teams.
  • Ability to analyze large measurement datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Experience with root-cause investigations involving complex software and hardware interactions.
  • Experience in developing scalable software frameworks.
