About the Role Scalpers is seeking a cashier for its Rambla Barcelona store. The main objective is to represent the brand values and image, and to create a memorable customer experience while supporting store goals, maintaining order and product replenishment.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand values and image to customers and help create a positive shopping experience
- Contribute to achieving store objectives and KPIs through excellent customer service and sales
- Perform store operations: inventory using RFID system, reception of delivery notes, and replenishment
- Maintain the store’s visual standards and keep an orderly, appealing presentation
- Work as part of a team, fostering a positive, proactive and flexible work environment
What We're Looking For
- Fashion-oriented with an eye for trends and style
- Ability to attract and fidelize customers with attention to detail and solid product knowledge to drive sales
- Experience with store operations and RFID inventory management, receiving notes, and replenishment
- Commitment to maintaining the store’s image and visual standards
