About the Role The Cajero Universal position at PanAmericano is a frontline cashier role based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. This unionized position focuses on accurate cash handling, customer service, and supporting daily store/branch operations.
What You'll Do
- Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile variances at the end of each shift.
- Follow security procedures and cash-handling policies.
- Collaborate with team to meet operational goals and ensure a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Basic math and cash-handling ability.
- Customer-service mindset and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to procedures.
- Availability to work at the San Luis Potosí location; fluency in Spanish; basic English is a plus.
- Prior cashier experience is a benefit but not always required.
