About the Role BRINKS is seeking a cashier responsible for processing, verifying, recording, and digitizing remittance-related tasks to ensure compliance with provider procedures. The role involves performing internal control checks, reconciling deposits, and ensuring timely data entry across multiple systems. It supports treasury and client reconciliation activities in a high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

• Process, verify, register, and input all tasks to ensure adherence to the provider's established procedures.
• Perform verification of the internal remittance control procedures and inform the Supervisor or client of discrepancies to ensure compliance.
• Receive and process remittances from ETV, branches, and clients to reconcile the values delivered (cash, documents, or other).
• Verify and stamp deposits, certify control, and prepare the records.
• Verify and enter deposits (values, documents, checks, and others) from ETV or clients (non-ETV), report anomalies to the supervisor, and reconcile certificates and load into the ATACAMA platform to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Ensure correct allocation of values to client accounts and ETV in alignment with bank reports.
• Conduct value classification, cleansing, consolidation by client, and assist treasury with delivery according to established protocols.
• Record and report differences to the supervisor in SIT or TS Santander processes and generate daily incident details in SIT/TS Santander processes.

What We're Looking For

• Education: complete secondary education (Educación Media completa).
• Intermediate computer skills and Office proficiency.
• Banking cashier courses.
• Proficiency in Excel (User level).
• Desirable: 1 year of experience as a banking cashier.

Nice to Have

• SAP or ERP system handling developed by the client (not excluding).
