About this role
Responsabilidades y funciones
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la Institución en los productos y servicios ofrecidos.
- Proporcionar un servicio amigable y profesional a los Clientes
- Realizar depósitos, retiros, transferencias y pagos, así como procesar cheques y otras operaciones en ventanilla
- Identificar oportunidades para ofrecer productos y servicios adicionales que puedan beneficiar a los Clientes
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas
- Experiencia en manejo de efectivo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal
- Gusto por la atención al cliente
- Interés en desarrollarse dentro de la Institución
