About the Role The Cage Shift Supervisor will oversee cage operations at a Boyd Gaming property, manage staff, and ensure transactional accuracy and regulatory compliance. This onsite leadership role is responsible for monitoring cash handling and upholding casino policies. What You'll Do
- Supervise cage staff and shift operations to ensure smooth daily cash handling
- Monitor and audit cash transactions, reconcile records, and maintain accurate cashier logs
- Oversee cage operations and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- Enforce regulatory standards and safety procedures, and resolve issues as they arise What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age with money-handling experience
- Ability to obtain gaming certifications as required
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating high-volume cash transactions
