Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to relocate to BOSTON to lead a rapidly expanding café brand and help elevate the guest experience. Join a respected coffee company that’s redefining the grab-and-go model with exceptional service, quality, and community focus.
Café General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- $75,000–$85,000 base salary

Café General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities
- 4+ years managing single-unit operations in coffee or consumer brands
- Proven ability to hire, train, and lead teams
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Strong business acumen and ability to respond to trends
