Cabling Project Manager - Data Center
Job Responsibility Take lead and manage the cabling design for client’s existing and new data center. Work closely with global EDC Infrastructure Cabling Engineering team on the detailed design to ensure global consistency. Prepare technical tender documents and specifications (for example design drawing, scope of work, cabling design criteria, tender price sheet). Work with client’s procurement team to issue RFP. Conduct tender interviews, issue tender queries and provide recommendation report on selecting cabling vendors. Coordinate with Internal Technology teams (for example Telco Networking, Server, Security Firewall teams) collecting cabling design requirements. Project manage budget, cabling vendor, review shop drawings, procurement, delivery logistics, schedule installation and program, and witness commissioning testing and handover.
