Job Highlights Position: CA Trainee (2 Openings) Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month Immediate Joiners Preferred Nearby Candidates Preferred Practical Exposure to Compliance, Incorporation & Corporate Advisory

Key Responsibilities

• Execute compliance health checks and assist in regulatory compliance assignments.

• Analyze financial and compliance records to support advisory engagements.

• Prepare documentation for company incorporation and regulatory registrations.

• Assist in drafting corporate documents and maintaining statutory records.

• Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities for compliance matters.

• Support founders’ agreement documentation and early-stage business structuring.

• Assist with investor readiness, capital planning, and business advisory projects.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Haves

• CA Intermediate Passed with more than 6 months of experience as a CA trainee.

• ICITSS Training Completed

• Immediate Joiner

• Good understanding of accounting and compliance fundamentals

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Preferred

• Candidates residing near Karol Bagh/New Delhi will be preferred

• Basic knowledge of Company Law and Corporate Compliance

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
