Key Responsibilities

• Execute statutory, internal, and tax audit assignments. Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filings. Support accounting, financial reporting, and assurance engagements. Prepare audit working papers and financial documentation. Assist in corporate and startup advisory assignments. Support mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring projects. Liaise with clients for financial information and compliance documentation. Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory assignments.

• Must-Haves

• CA Intermediate Passed

• Minimum 6 months of Articleship Experience (Transfer Case)

• Good knowledge of Accounting, Audit, GST, TDS, and Income Tax

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Strong analytical and communication skills
