Ginita Shah & Co. is inviting applications for the position of CA Articleship Trainee at its Bangalore office. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Chartered Accountants to gain practical exposure across audit, taxation, GST, ROC compliance, and client advisory while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Execute statutory and tax audit assignments. Assist in GST compliance and advisory services. Support income tax compliance and return preparation. Handle ROC filings and company law compliance. Prepare audit working papers and financial documentation. Coordinate directly with clients on assignments. Assist in accounting, reporting, and compliance activities. Ensure timely completion of audit and taxation engagements.
