About this role

Design, develop, and enhance core exchange trading and market data systems with high performance and low latency.
Lead system analysis and architecture design for trading and market data platforms.
Produce high-quality technical deliverables including functional specifications, design documentation, and test plans.
Partner with business stakeholders and user divisions to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide production support for mission-critical systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
Identify and assess technological risks, driving mitigation strategies and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on initiatives with shared system dependencies.
Promote technical excellence by applying industry best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and system design.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably within exchange, trading, or financial market environments.
Proven experience developing large-scale, mission-critical market systems.
Strong programming expertise in C/C++, Java, .NET, and/or Python.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, web technologies, and database systems.
Good knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
Strong understanding of securities and/or derivatives markets.
