About the Role The Buyer is responsible for management of the supplier base and for researching, developing, and improving purchasing practices for all goods purchased. The role involves negotiating and proposing agreements/contracts to deliver value to stakeholders by ensuring service and quality while maximizing supplier capabilities and reducing internal costs.

What You'll Do

• Secure quotes through sourcing and negotiations from qualified suppliers of necessary materials to obtain the most favorable cost terms.
• Research, develop, and improve purchasing practices for all goods purchased.
• Negotiate and propose agreements/contracts to deliver value to company stakeholders by ensuring service and quality while maximizing supplier capabilities and reducing internal costs.
• Manage the supplier base to optimize service, quality, and cost. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
