Buyer II/Buyer III

Position Overview

Role: Buyer II/Buyer III Location: Onsite West Melbourne, FL 32904 Contract Duration: 3 month contract possibility to extension Perks & Benefits: 100% employer-covered benefits including Medical, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401(K) Plan, and much more!

Key Responsibilities

• – Lead end-to-end indirect procurement across the full lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, catalog buying, negotiation, supplier relationships, compliance, and auditing.
• – Focus on COTS, ET/IT hardware (computing, networking, peripherals, test equipment), and aerospace goods and services.
• – Collaborate closely with IT and engineering teams on specifications, security, and aerospace traceability.

Key Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements

– Buyer II: 3–4 years of procurement experience. – Buyer III: 5+ years of procurement experience (indirect procurement preferred). – Hands-on experience with COTS and IT hardware procurement. – Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa. – Knowledge of aerospace/defense quality standards or category management is a plus.

Requirement

– Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Range is $35-$55 per hour.
