1. Analyze, maintain and execute material requirements planning (MRP). Continuously monitor and validate material pipelines to ensure they meet MRP requirements. Identify and properly handle material supply issues.

2. Through MRP execution, ensure on-time delivery, coordinate the flow of materials from receipt to production, and ensure material availability to support production.

3. Issue purchase orders based on price, terms and conditions negotiated and agreed upon with category managers and buyers. Ensure suppliers comply with established agreements.

4. Optimize order management processes to ensure effective communication with suppliers.

5. Maintain master data and procurement planning parameters to minimize material liabilities and balance procurement costs with inventory investment levels.

6. Monitor and continuously improve supplier delivery and quality performance. Use corrective action tools and other resources to address and resolve recurring or critical issues.

7. Assist accounts payable in resolving invoice discrepancies.

8. Monitor, track and provide feedback on supplier delivery, quality and service performance.

9. Participate in cost reduction, digitization, future factory and other projects.

10. Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in supply chain management, logistics management, electronics engineering or related fields preferred

• 2+ years of procurement/Buyer/PMC experience in EMS or manufacturing industries

• Familiar with electronic material supply chains (ICs, PCBA, passives, etc.) preferred

• Proficient in SAP (MM module preferred), strong system operation skills

• Strong data analysis ability, proficient in Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc.)

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently interface with customers and cross-functional teams

• Strong execution capability, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Good English reading and writing ability (support for overseas customers/suppliers preferred)
