• We are seeking a professional, discreet, and highly organized Butler to provide exceptional personal and hospitality services.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the residence while delivering a high standard of residence and hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Must be anticipatory to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the employer and guests before they are expressed.
• Exceptional attention to Detail and maintain the highest standards in every aspect of service, presentation, and hospitality operations.
• Customer centric to delivering personalized, exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience at all times.
• Proactive and resourceful to initiative and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Provide professional and attentive service to the employer, family members, and guests.
• Ensure the residence is well maintained, organized, and presented to the highest standard.
• Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a warm and exceptional hospitality experience.
• Serve meals and refreshments professionally when required.
• Coordinate household activities and supervise domestic staff where necessary.
• Manage wardrobe care, including clothing organization and preparation.
• Assist with packing and unpacking for travel.
• Handle household errands and special requests efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Monitor household supplies and coordinate purchases when required.
• Ensure all areas of the residence are prepared and maintained according to the employer’s preferences.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butler in hotel or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive service.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
• Knowledge of formal service and hospitality etiquette is an added advantage.
