About the Role Chili's Busser Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary dining room and support the service team to deliver fast, friendly dining experiences. This role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and a welcoming environment in a fast-paced restaurant. What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Be available for some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
