About the Role The Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University invites applications for an adjunct faculty position in management to support undergraduate instruction. This role will involve teaching courses in business administration, management, international management, and related topics, including law, ethics, and organizational behavior.
What You'll Do
- Teach undergraduate courses in business administration, management, international management, and related management topics as they relate to law, ethics, and organizational behavior.
- Participate in adjunct pool activities and be available when a need emerges.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum regionally accredited Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Management.
- At least five years of experience in a managerial role.
- Willingness to contribute to undergraduate teaching as part of an adjunct pool.
Nice to Have
- Ph.D. in Management is preferred.
