- Support our users’ travel needs directly from Lisbon.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
- Leverage your GDS expertise to facilitate seamless travel planning.
- Collaborate with the Travel Experience team to ensure high-quality service. What We're Looking For
- Fluent in French or German.
- Experience as a Business Travel Consultant with strong GDS knowledge.
- Proficient with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel technology.
- Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
