Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and value stream optimization across business units.
- Drive transformation, automation, and digital initiatives to enhance operating efficiency.
- Track KPIs, benefits realization, and transformation performance to demonstrate value.
- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.
- Support the COO in executing strategic priorities and governance frameworks.
- Ensure process compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business transformation, consulting, or operations.
- Expertise in process improvement, project delivery, change management, and performance management.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are an added advantage.
