EY Internal Transformation Services (ITS), part of Enablement Services, brings together consulting professionals who deliver internal transformation program aligned to EY's strategy and ambition. The team works across project and program management, strategy execution, technology-enabled transformation, organization design and organizational change management.
We are growing our Sri Lanka team and are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant who can combine structured problem-solving, stakeholder influence and hands-on delivery. You will work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, support senior leadership decisions, and translate strategic priorities into practical roadmaps, change interventions and measurable outcomes.
