Job Summary
Our client requires the services of result-oriented professionals to grow with its team as a Business Transformation and Innovation Senior Analyst.
Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]
- Support the development and execution of business transformation strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct business process reviews to identify inefficiencies, operational gaps, duplication, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, systems and performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, automation and enhanced customer experience.
- Develop business cases, feasibility assessments and recommendations for transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Monitor the progress of transformation projects, track deliverables, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues requiring management attention.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and management presentations to communicate project status, business performance, benefits realisation and transformation outcomes.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related discipline.
- Minimum of four years’ relevant experience in strategic planning, consulting, business development or related fields.
- Professional Certification is an added advantage.
